This app definitely needs way more development. It has several bugs and we have been trying to get in touch with the developers without avail.
1. There is always an error in the catalog updated to facebook via this app
2. The inventory quantity uploaded to facebook is incorrect
3. It sometimes does not upload to facebook at all!
4. It does not publish google product cateogry correctly even though my products are all updated with the correct category
We have been banging our heads trying to fix this but the app is almost a dead end.
Hello! Thanks for taking the time to provide all of that feedback. As the Facebook Marketing app doesn't provide your Facebook catalog or sync your products to Facebook, I believe you may be referring to the Facebook Shop channel (https://bit.ly/2VOaV4c), and not the Facebook Marketing app.
