Beware! Beware! Beware! Over the last year I invested aprox $15,000 in Facebook Marketing Ads growing my corresponding Facebook biz page to over 50k people, It was the source of around 90% of my Shopify business. Then one day about 8 wks ago my biz and personal page were instantly disables without warning. I was asked to upload my ID and told someone would review it, I did this several times a week for a month. I received only generic notices that I had broken a rule. $15k is an expensive rule, yet they could not be bothered to send me any more information, well enough work with me to help me understand, what if anything, I did wrong. They took my livelihood! They stole my investment! They wasted my time. As a bonus they "disabled" my personal account in a time of coronavirus, leaving me, a quiet old lady who lives alone in an RV, without 15 years of photographic memories, communication with friend, family and my online community in these scary times. The financial hit and loneliness combined can happen to anyone. Watch your back. I have heard this sickening situation told by others on other Social media sites. Facebook Marketing will take your money, but it is not a safe, long=term investment small business owners should ever depend on.
