Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

The customer service for this app is absolutely fantastic. I have asked the team so many questions and they always reply quickly with a polite and helpful response. I have really enjoyed this app because it works so well without me having to do anything. I love the way it sends review requests automatically, including reminder ones. I feel my store looks a lot more appealing to customers since installing this as my trust rating would have gone up as a result of having reviews. The bonus requests gave this a massive boost as I was able to collect reviews from three months prior to installing this. The discounts for leaving a review are being used, so this is also helping to encourage repeat sales.
