what a disaster....nothing works, let alone trying to base any business decision on the "awaited" new FB/Insta shop app. But still shopify push it in notifications dispite not having any clear release date. Meanwhile the old app is terrible, doesn't sync properly and bad connection issues.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and leave a review. I understand the importance of having your products synced to Facebook from Shopify. While the "Facebook Shops" section of our new app is not yet available, there are other options to connect your product feed.
