Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

It is absolutely perfect.
You can set it up to where only 4 and 5 star reviews show up automatically (and you still get to review them and hide any if you wish). And I automatically hide any reviews that are 3 stars or less. I tell my customers that "A 4 or 5 star review lets other potential customers know this is an item they can trust. Anything less alerts us to a potential issue" I then follow up with all reviews that are 3 stars or below to see what I can do to make them happy (refund, exchange, etc.). Thus after the issue is resolved they are back to being happy. The app works great! You can even hide pictures that some people add with their review if you find the image "un-flattering" to your product / website ...yet keep their positive textual review.
