The app requires a different set of shipping rules & rates and is NOT intuitive enough to handle rates for LARGE shipments vs rates for SMALL shipments. The APP SHOULD mirror the shipping rules ALREADY set up in Shopify!!! FIX THIS

When it comes to shipping settings, the requirements are actually set directly by Facebook and not by the Shopify app. I do understand your concern about this, and will be following up with an email to discuss further. - Veena, Shopify Support
