Horrid process. Can't get past the sign-up and not even sure I want to, Why does Facebook need my social security number? They really have no right to ask for this, no other platform requires it. Really disturbing. In any case, I cannot get past the sign up to accept payments because the drop-down menus do not scroll, and I cannot get to the right numbers. Truly pathetic. I am now having issues with Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest because their sign up processes are so onerous. All of this worked just fine in the past, And Shopify has downgraded their customer service from STELLAR to GARBAGE, very aggravating since I now finally decided to focus on selling online, due to COVID. Everything that worked well in the past when I did not need it is now a total disaster. Maybe I will just go to Etsy and eBay and give up on all this.
