Judge.me Product Reviews App

What I like about this app is that it can be import/export reviews and Q/A from one site to another. And the things I like the most is the Chat service. I was lucky to have Louis to help me through setting up import/export reviews and Q/A to my new store. He was super helpful and knowledgable!! 5 stars to him!!!

What I don't like about is app is that when they get too many tickets/emails, the chat function disappears. It can get frustrated when you want immediate help. Then the only way you can get support is through submitting email and go back and forth on emails. I was in the middle of chat with Louis and in the middle of our chat, they were experiencing a high volume of support requests, my chat with Louis got dropped just like that. The chat button was nowhere to be found. Lucky shortly after, we were able to resume our chat and finished what we were set out to do.

Overall, the app was great and Louis was wonderful to work with!
