I downloaded Tidio at the recommendation of a friend to use its chat bot services. I have also used the marketing campaign service and find it to be a very easy app to use, very professional and clean looking too. I especially want to give a shout out to their customer service, which is TOP NOTCH! Their agents are very quick to respond and knowledgeable about the app. Really, really appreciate all their help.
