Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

I have only just added this app, and so far so good. The reason for 5 star review so early on in the piece is for the customer service. I experienced an issue which i needed technical help with and the team responded within 2 minutes of me sending email. They then fixed the issue i had within 10 minutes. At this stage its 6 star for customer service.
