It was great to start with then I found I needed some help/support so went there help page to contact them but there is no email address on the help page, no way of logging a support ticket without an account, no way of creating an account to log a ticket. I then found an email address then made contact, the speed of the response, help and very honest and polite feedback was a very impressive response from the company.
