Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

They're support team has been AMAZING. I was using YotPo, but they did not have some features that I felt like I NEEDED, so I needed to find an alternative very quickly. (*the feature was simply sending out manual emails to customers who did not receive an email because it surpassed my monthly order limit. Not only does Loox give that feature at its lowest plan, I also received free review requests as an onboarding perk that did not contribute to my review request limit.) After installing the app, I opted to immediately email Loox's support team instead of going the route of figuring everything out myself since I was on a time crunch and the Loox support team was insane. I can't tell if they have 24-hour service or something, but holy moly they were ON TOP OF IT. I got all of my questions answered very thoroughly and so far we are having a good time!
