This app is AMAZING!!! I upgraded and the functionality is well worth it. I LOVE that folks can review their purchase right in the request email. It makes it SOOO easy for them, and my shop has gotten 160+ reviews in less than a day because of this.
*Update* We're a couple years in and this app continues to impress and help! The customer support is fantastic, too!
