Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

I initially rated this app with 5 stars bc it has so much to offer and I had a great initial impression. However, I’ve since needed assistance with a small change (updating reviews to sort from oldest to newest instead of vice versa), but I have only received generic responses telling me that they have forwarded my concerns to the developer of the app and that they don’t know if it’ll happen and cannot assist any further. This is disappointing since I know it is likely a quick change in the coding for someone with the know-how. I’m afraid this app may have become too big to have the time to help with individual needs or requests. I will update this review again to reflect accurately if I receive a new update or any assistance. Update: The Loox Team proved my previous statement to be incredibly wrong. They went above and beyond to help assist me with the issue I was having and sent many follow-up emails to ensure I was satisfied with the results after their changes. If you're considering getting this app... DO IT! Best app I've added to my store in 4+ years of being in business.
