I had a simple problem to sort out - well simply if you know what you are doing. I struggled to sort it out. I got onto Judge Me support - and answered so quickly - in minutes - I couldn't believe it. Gena on the judgment team knew exactly what my problem was and sorted it all out for me. She checked first before making any changes - and I could see the change was just perfect.
Gena was amazing - I am so happy with her help. She was so friendly and so quick. I was not expecting any responses for days - let alone my problem being sold within hours (the delay being on my part as I had to stop the approval as was having my dinner).
