The best customer service I've ever received on any of my third party apps with Shopify. The theme concierge team usually responds within minutes and I haven't had an issue yet that they can't solve. I am from Hawai'i and my business is based here -- so naturally my working hours are usually very far behind that of the rest of the world that operates during EST. The Judge.me team offers a personal experience that I can't believe is included complimentary with a free version of the app. Honestly, they're just doing it better than everyone else.
