Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

Needed recently an assistance with a setting and received fast and helpful assistance. Overall, i like it very much. Only part i didn't like was that once you reach certain request number for reviews (i think it was 500) i can't stay anymore on the lower plan and you are basically forced to pay 34$ for the next one if you want to keep the App. I get that you receive more features at this plan but for small new businesses this amount is quite challenging and the choice of a plan should be a choice not force. So just a suggestion to think of a mid variant Further, I would like to add my recommendation was taken into consideration and I have been contacted by the team with a proposed solution which is a superb customer service Needed further support with a new feature and received such very quickly from Challene
