Judge.me Product Reviews App

I just started using the app about 10 min ago (no reviews yet) but the support team was amazingly responsive and supportive! My theme did not automatically download, so I was told it would take about 3 hours to update (which would have been totally fine). But then within literally 2 or so minutes of me downloading the app, Quynh reached out via chat to ask if I needed any assistance. Seconds later, Zakaria, another team member, was able to add the app to my site and format it so that it fit my theme perfectly! Less than 5 minutes after downloading the app it is functional, looks great, and is up and running on my site, despite having a custom Shopify website theme! I've never had such quick installation/customer service help from a company when downloading an app - makes me feel confident that they will be quick to respond if I need additional help in the future!
