Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

OMG!!!! I wish I could give this thing 50 stars!!!! I've got about 20 apps running and I've never been so excited about a feature on my site!!!! Right off the bat this morning, I went to check out the dashboard for the first time - and only found ugliness! Unreal... start off on a Monday - to answer a really nasty customer - and gotta admit, that SUCKED... (can't make everyone happy) .... BUT THEN... I found about 30 reviews that were added by our AWESOME CUSTOMERS - and they make up 999 out of 1000 members. So here's what I personally think: It's GREAT being able to show the good, the bad and the super nasty ugly. It gives us a chance to show what we have done for them and how much we appreciate them. We get a chance to show our personality to everyone shopping the site! And... we get to shine a light on the crappy customers too! (Our good people - which is almost everyone - will rise up with those 5 stars.) Woooooo hoooooo.... this is just so awesome!!!!! Many thanks!!!! Sally at www.sewing.school PS...
