Judge.me Product Reviews App

If you are looking for a review app, dont look any further. We were runing on shopifys native review app for a long time. It was a disaster. Reviews kept showing up under the wrong products. Everything was messed up. We did some research and found judge.me. The installation is easy and importing old reviews from shopify was no problem at all. Inside judge.me you can do so many things. - Automatic Review requests via E-Mail (the user gets an email and inside of the email he can check how many stars he wants to give) This is awesome, because it makes the barrier for the customer extremely low.
- Video Reviews and Image Reviews possible (This is pure gold for generating User generated Content and showing it on your landing Pages)
- Automated Review Request reminders (Great for customers, that did not leave a review on the first attempt)
- So many more things, I did not discover yet BUT THE BEST THING
The support litterally responds in 30 Seconds. It seems they operate from different timezones as well. I am located in Germany and the support got back to me in no time.
Not only do they point you in the right direction, but they solve your problem in the backend for you. This is so amazing. This is hands down the most convenient review experience out there. Thank you for this great service!
