Loox: Product Reviews App & AI

I have spent a lot of time in comparing all Shopify Review Apps before I installed LOOX. Although all similar apps look similar at the first instance, LOOX actually stand out from the crowd with the following outstanding values:
1. FASTEST Speed - My first priority for choosing and installing any App is SPEED! With my deep SEO knowledge, I know that google put a lot of weight on page loading speed since last year. Installation of any app could drag down the speed hugely. So I always test the speed before installing any App. Originally, I have serious hesitation in installing any Photo & Video Review App because I think they would all drag the speed hugely with numerous photos and video. I tested all review similar apps and noticed that LOOX is surprisingly FAST compared with all others. When I read back their description, I found that they actually have great attention and paid huge efforts to build on the Lighting Speed. 2. HERO SUPPORT - Another main factor I always consider before I install any App is Support! All Apps are plug-ins NOT ready for most THEMES. So installing new Apps are mostly nightmare experience for non-technical users. I try installed LOOX over the weekend, and need some help to integrate it properly with my Theme. To my surprise, LOOX great support provides almost instant help in resolving the problem even over the weekend immediately.
