Smile does a phenomenal job of making it seemless to award customers points/rewards for tasks, using integrations such as Jude.me allows for points to be awarded for reviews, which is exactly what we use the platform for. Big shout of to the wizard himself that is Joshua, what a great guy and brilliant customer service, he deserves a wand upgrade (pay rise) if it was up to me!
