That's a very helpful app. Our customer service team is working hard to reply all the email as soon as possible, but this app give a instant answer to the visitors. And the Avada support's team is amazing. I just send them an message by chat and Hana resolve my issue within 20 sec! I highly recommended this app for any Shopify store owner
