Paul of customer service was really nice, unfortunately the app didn't do what we need it to do - but for discounts pop up offers and newsletters this seems to be the right app! It works really well and effortlessly

Jel was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me configure my widget the way I needed it. There are a few limitations to the app, that I hope Rivo will work on soon, but overall I am very happy with the customer service. UX/UI so that help is more obviously available would be great.
