Initially, I anticipated significant delays in receiving email responses when I posed a question. Nevertheless, to my surprise, I received a reply in under a minute upon sending out my inquiries. I am still perplexed about the efficiency with which they manage this process. Moreover, it was Pete who promptly provided the answer to my question and even offered additional advice for my website. The level of customer care I experienced was truly remarkable. Furthermore, the setup process for the pop-up feature was incredibly straightforward. However, I would suggest incorporating an option to eliminate the "no thanks" button, as certain websites may prefer to capture email addresses without exception. Apart from that minor recommendation, everything about the service is exceptional. I wholeheartedly endorse it and will be sure to recommend it to others.
