As a new customer, Jel provided the most fantastic support. She made me feel like the most important person she had helped all day. As a small independent retailer, there is only one person managing everything - so to get personalised help is a godsend! And the pop up will hopefully help us build our database!

He usado muchas aplicaciones para POP UPS, no hablo inglés y la mayoría está en dicho idioma y son complicadas de configurar. Esta aplicación es realmente intuitiva y lo mejor es el apoyo que te dan. me ha pasado muchas veces que por el idioma no entiendo y LANCE me atendió en español y de manera muy amable solucionó mis dudas y optimizó la aplicación para mi =). Después de un día luchando por poner un POP UPS en mi tienda lo logré gracias a esta aplicación. muy agradecida y feliz de haberlos encontrado.

Really cool app and support is great, super helpful and responsive. The app is very straight forward and works with little-to-no customization. I'm happy with my choice to install Rivo's pop-up app. A bit of feedback to improve the product would be adding the ability to have codes emailed to customers that sign up and to allow management of multiple pop-ups.
