Rivo is super user friendly. Arianne assisted in removing Rivo's branding quickly. She also provided guidance on adjusting an issue with my website that was unrelated to Rivo, which I really appreciated. Excited to continue on with Rivo for my email opt in pop-up.

I got this app for my shopify store I just bought and needed some support to take the site branding off. Next thing I know Abbie was right there to assist me and I didn't want to leave the chat.
