My experience with Jel's customer service has been very pleasant. The communication is super fast and friendly. It's not just a simple chatbot, as is often the case. They also address special cases and actively seek solutions. I'm currently in a testing phase and hope that the product is just as good as the support.

Support from Paul was very helpful. Almost instant response, think he had to do a bit of digging for the solution as it wasn't obvious at first but he was able to find it out in the space of 40mins! (amongst helping others I imagine)
