WOW!! The best app I have used with Shopify yet!
I installed the app onto an older theme so some of the options for my theme were not part of the tutorial. I contacted TYDAL through their chat function and was greeted within one minute by SAM who is a rock-star and helped me finish the app set up. I’m still new to using Tydal, but I was having some issues with my reviews showing up on my product page (USER ERROR), so I contacted their support chat and their rep named Sam was EXTREMELY helpful. He even temporarily joined my Shopify admin as a collaborator and manually helped me place code on my site, helped with import questions I had and much more. I’m excited to learn more about Tydal, but I’ve been extremely impressed so far.
