AMAZING customer support and AMAZING user interface. SO user friendly compared to the other apps. they added on bonus features for me for FREE and even removed their branding. seriously, amazing.

We installed the app and uninstalled it again shortly afterwards for internal reasons. However, a problem arose during the uninstallation, which was solved competently and very quickly by Rivo support. That's how it should be, and we are happy to give it 5 stars!

The app appears super easy to use and user friendly but when you actually start using it, all that expectation fails to deliver. It is very buggy(or at least it felt to me), and as soon as you enable it, it adds the star rating widget and the write a review widget but you can't move them as they don't show up as editable blocks in your store editor. Which just makes me think how it is not actually compliant with 2.0 themes.

When you add them manually as new widgets, the forced ones are now gone and the new ones that you added are blank blocks that display nothing.

Also this app somehow prompted our previous Shopify Reviews App(which we had long since removed) to display its own ratings on the collections page. Now we have 1 set of ratings on the collections page and another completely different one on the product page. Nothing was going right with this. We are not Shopify Store experts but we have not had this much trouble setting up an app in the past.

I appreciate their team trying to help us and promptly responding even though we hadn't paid a dime for the app, but it just wasn't for us. It didn't appear as good looking as the screenshots showed too. Looked more like the default reviews app up until we had tested.

This app is great, they make it super easy for small businesses and people starting out. The live chat is 5 stars, they provided me with alot of general shopify tips and tricks i didnt know!

I just downloaded the app and had some issues with initial setup, but support was great and that helped me a lot. However, the app doesn't have 2 features that are very important to me (a way to customize colors in the review request emails, plus a way to stop those emails from sending to my wholesale customers who already get a review request on the platform where they purchase from me wholesale), so I ended up deleting the app.

Lance did a very good job at answering all the questions I had about how to edit the review widgets and he also told me about the favicon which was such a good suggestion! The app should add a feature to reply back to reviews that way the brand can engage more with its customers.

I only gave it 4 stars, due to only being on the app so far for 5 minutes, so I'm unable to really judge on how the app is at the moment. I can say; I don't have any negative thoughts. So far. Mica was really good in assisting me via chat however.
