I can't praise the customer service of this company enough! From the moment I had an issue, they made me feel like a valued customer. Their response time was quick— I received a friendly and helpful reply.

They listened carefully to my concerns and provided clear, step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow. Our Google Shopping feed URL stopped working on 1 of our 6 stores using this app. The support team said that custom code is needed to create this feature which is not true because we have been using this feature for over a year on all of our stores. Our other stores are working fine syncing to Google. I would have hoped for better support by subscribing to the most expensive plan.

Great customer service! We were updating our theme and i couldn't get the star rating badge to appear by the price. I emailed them and they fixed it right away! Jigs was awesome!

It's kind of easy to import reviews from Amazon to shopify. You need to add a chrome plugin to do this, but it's easy and convenient.

Loading speed is pretty fast, better than the one I used before.

If you want to add some sections in the home page or making some changes, like editing the margin or title size, you need to add some CSS code. It will be much more convenient for us if the team can make an interactive surface to achive this.

Overall a good app and does what is should do.
