Jigs P from the WebContrive apps team was amazing. I was surprised at how prompt they were, working diligently to help get the Google Rich SEO snippet on to the Dawn theme as I was struggling with the new 2.0 structured data.

Highly recommend this app for reviews. You can also use the free plan and make use of a lot of features. I would love to support the team financially if/when I can.

We are extremely happy with this app! The Q&A feature is fantastic and really enhances our user experience. Very responsive chat, happy to help us resolve an issue of Google Snippets triggering twice per page. I had been trying to reconcile our JSON schema and our microdata schema and the team were happy to integrate with microdata (After I go and do the homework of removing our rogue schema).

Subject to change when we resolve the issue next week, but very happy so far.

Due to the termination of the app provided by shopify, we have tried about 7 alternative services. Of these, Rivyo Product Reviews met most of our needs.
Importing during the transition was no problem, and the developer was very responsive to our detailed requests, making it a very pleasant experience.
Very reliable app and developer, highly recommended.

The app is really good. It's simple to use and provide some features that are not available on Loox. I encountered a few problems while setting up the app however the support was really quick to answer and provided solutions to all my problems so I am really satisfied overall. Definitely recommend the app.
