We really like this app, it integrates well, is easy to setup and control what loyalty awards are on offer. We used the free trial to make sure it did what we wanted it to do. I especially like the option to add/remove points manually for individual customers.

Very easy to use. Great refer a friend features. I would recommend this app! Downsides are the default reward button on your website looks tacky unless you have your web designer customize it. Other downside is the free trial should be 30 days, 14 days isn't enough time to assess the impact on your company.

S Loyalty is one of the best rewards point system that shopify has, and we received tremendous help from the customer support team. However, we believe that there could be more flexibility in customizing. Minor customization should be open to all plans, e.g the name of the rewards point system. Also, the difference between the subscription price for pro plan (49.99) and enterprise (199.99) is too huge a jump.

We just started configuring our Loyalty Program and can't wait to see the benefits that it can bring us. It's very easy to configure and the only thing that would totally rock is to make more accesible the customization options without leaving the S-Loyalty badge. Keep up the good work guys!

I haven't been using the app for long yet but I am impressed by its features! Also, the customer service is amazing! They reply fast and really took the time to describe to me each step when I needed help. I absolutely recommend it !

S Loyalty was super easy to add to my site. My site launches on March 7th and I have strong feelings that this will aid in the repeat customer aspect of my store. People love accumulating fake internet points and to get stuff for it is even better! The rewards were simple to figure out and this is something that I would personally take part in if I were shopping so I have no doubt my customers will like it as well. The price is reasonable as well as far as I can see. Good job S Loyalty!
