Seguno Email Marketing

Good app and I’m happy they listen, but there is space for improvement:
- unique discount code expiry should be customizable from few hours to few weeks, for now it’s fixed 7 days, which is too long for abandoned checkout email (few hours would be better here);
- abandoned cart email series would be more beneficial than one remainder email - this would allow to send reminder without promo code first, and second one with promo code if first one didn’t work.
Hope you’ll incorporate the above asap and thank you.

I use this app to try to build my email subscribers and create newsletters and try to help with email marketing. We are new to ecommerce and their tutorials are SO helpful. Any time I have had questions, chat support is quick to reply and customer service is awesome! Again, being brand new to ecommerce we are learning a lot and doing that mostly with their tutorials which are amazing. Thank you!

I love the way I can quickly and easily design beautiful looking emails for my customers. This app integrates with Shopify superbly and customer support is top notch. Im just beginning to explore email automatiaaons, and can already see how they are going to prove powerful and save me time. And the price is good.

This is a great company. Not only is the product good, but the people running the company really care about good customer service, which is probably the most important thing there could be about a company. I had a minor issue with a newsletter that didn't quite get resolved in a customer service chat and the next day, the CEO, Chris contacted me, resolved the issue, and listened attentively to my feedback for the product. That kind of service is a rarity these days. Don't hesitate to try Seguno if you're thinking of switching email providers (I came here from Omnisend after they got greedy last November (2021) and tried to double the price on everyone without notifying us).

Very easy to use for the newsletters and automations and the information re: sales tracking and clicks are great.

Excellent and easy app! Very helpful especially for newbies like us. However, it only adds customers who accept marketing emails. Not sure if this an advantage or not. As a new store, we still get 10 to 15 subscribers a month. And this app actually found only 4 that accept marketing emails.

Cameron was prompt in regards to my request. I put it in on the weekend and wasn't expecting a response until 2 days later but nope I got one the next business day. He was able to offer suggestions and a solution in regards to my email for automation. The customer experience was a great one especially for me as a new business owner trying to hit the ground running. Thank you!

Great app to get started with email marketing, very simple and easy to use. Very well integrated. It would be great to have a way to deliver the same flow of emails to every new customer.

Great App, best newsletter app in my opinion. Really good customer service, and they seem to be adding new features all the time. Highly recommended.

I used to app to create emailers for the holiday season. It was my first time using them. The emails were very easy to create, the templates were great and best of all when I set the times for the emails to go out, they were all on time!! I appreciate the service and will use it again
