I like it very much. App is loading faster, is more stable, and is customer-oriented, better than other inbox apps, I expect it will integrate with the Instagram channel in following days!

I recently contacted your customer support team for assistance with an issue concerning one of my customers who couldn't find their order number. I had the opportunity to speak with Nona, who was exceptionally helpful in providing me with a better understanding of the Willdesk system. During our conversation, Nona mentioned that they would email me with the rest of the answers and steps to resolve the issue once they have looked into it further. This app is a great help for us. We have already activated it for several months and enjoy working with it. A small minus point is the slow page load, since the pages are not delivered from the same domain. Otherwise great. The support is also helpful and answers quickly. Thank you thank you thank you.
