Sendcloud | Shipping Platform

Sendcloud is quite easy to use and syncs seamlessly with Shopify, which is great. The only downside is that there are often glitches when creating labels, and they stopped offering DPD to the UK. The shipping rates are also not that attractive for international shipments when you compare with other apps like Easyship. But other than that, it's been great for our ad hoc EU shipments.

Works great! Syncs shopify orders to sendcloud automatically. Takes the weight and packaging specifications and automatically picks the best shipping label. Can still edit on your own before you decide to buy and print the labels. Saves us a bunch of time and hassle for every order. Also able to start without monthly subscription fees, which is fantastic for starting businesses.

This has been my go-to platform since the start of my webshop. It’s very convenient, has saved me a lot of time, and Sendcloud’s helpdesk has been consistently helpful.

Important warning: I strongly advise against using the shipping insurance. It’s handled by a third party called XCover. In my case, XCover refused to resolve a valid claim and redirected me to Kifid (the Dutch financial complaints institute). But Kifid confirmed to me that they are not affiliated with XCover at all. Communication from XCover was minimal and responsibility was repeatedly deflected.

Aside from this insurance issue, Sendcloud itself is a solid and reliable platform. Just don't use the optional insurance.

Sendcloud makes shipping easy with good prices. The Shopify integration works perfectly, and customers are automatically notified about their shipping status.

El peor servicio que he visto en mi vida. Se inventan las respuestas, no saben de lo que les estás hablando y si no te ciñes a SU formato de correo no te dan el servicio, pero te siguen cobrando.
Una auténtica vergüenza de compañía. Ni se os ocurra usarlo.

utilizziamo questa piattaforma da più di un anno e non possiamo che essere soddisfatti del servizio. i costi sono tra i più bassi rispetto ad altri concorrenti che hanno tariffe di spedizione molto più alte. con il tempo i corrieri disponibili sono aumentati e questo permette di gestire ogni spedizione come meglio si crede. inoltre il servizio clienti molto gentile e per qualsiasi problematica sono tutti completamente a disposizione e ti mettono a tuo agio sin da subito. dal pannello puoi seguire tutte le spedizioni man mano ed è molto intuitivo sia in fase di setup iniziale che in fase di utilizzo.

Llevo unos meses utilizando Sendcloud para mi tienda online en Shopify y la verdad funciona muy bien. Los envíos son rápidos y económicos gracias a las tarifas que ofrecen.

Franchement très satisfait de Sendcloud. Leur service client est super réactif, ils répondent rapidement aux mails et prennent vraiment le temps de conseiller. À chaque fois que j’ai eu une question ou un souci, j’ai eu une réponse claire et efficace.
La plateforme est aussi très facile à utiliser, tout est bien organisé et intuitif, même quand on débute. C’est un outil fiable qui fait gagner énormément de temps au quotidien, surtout pour gérer les envois et le suivi des colis. On sent que tout est pensé pour simplifier la logistique.
Honnêtement, ça aide beaucoup à gérer son activité plus sereinement. Je recommande sans hésiter.
