Works great! Syncs shopify orders to sendcloud automatically. Takes the weight and packaging specifications and automatically picks the best shipping label. Can still edit on your own before you decide to buy and print the labels. Saves us a bunch of time and hassle for every order. Also able to start without monthly subscription fees, which is fantastic for starting businesses.
This has been my go-to platform since the start of my webshop. It’s very convenient, has saved me a lot of time, and Sendcloud’s helpdesk has been consistently helpful.
Important warning: I strongly advise against using the shipping insurance. It’s handled by a third party called XCover. In my case, XCover refused to resolve a valid claim and redirected me to Kifid (the Dutch financial complaints institute). But Kifid confirmed to me that they are not affiliated with XCover at all. Communication from XCover was minimal and responsibility was repeatedly deflected.
Aside from this insurance issue, Sendcloud itself is a solid and reliable platform. Just don't use the optional insurance.
Sendcloud makes shipping easy with good prices. The Shopify integration works perfectly, and customers are automatically notified about their shipping status.

I have to say that i really like working with sendcloud. I think customer service is great, always got quick replies when opening tickets. Had an issue that pick up guy was not willing to get to us and they solved it very quickly. of course rates could be even better especially for foreign countries, but i hope at some point they will, as shipments grow. All in all great experience and i would happily reccommend this platform to anyone. Thank you
Synchronisation works great. A big plus is that there is also an integration to choose servicepoint delivery. Shipping rates could be better though, unless you have your own contract.
Hace un tiempo que lo tenemos integrado con Shopify y nos funciona muy bien. Nos ha ayudado a agilizar el proceso de envíos.
Llevo un tiempo usando Sendcloud para gestionar los envíos de mi tienda online y la diferencia ha sido enorme. Antes la gestión era completamente manual y perdía mucho tiempo en la oficina de Correos, ahora está todo automatizado y sincronizado con Shopify.
Crear etiquetas es muy rápido y los costes de transporte se han reducido considerablemente gracias a sus tarifas prenegociadas. Además, los clientes reciben los detalles de seguimiento por email, por lo que también se reduce el tiempo destinado a consultas sobre este motivo.
La configuración inicial fue bastante sencilla y cuando he tenido alguna duda, el equipo de soporte me ha atendido de manera rápida y efectiva.
Connessione semplice e stabile, non ho mai avuto interruzioni. Inoltre, gestiscono bene la comunicazione e danno un ottimo supporto quando capita qualche errore di spedizione. Apprezzo anche il fatto di poter confrontare i costi di spedizione in modo diretto.
