La app es estupenda para enviar tus paquetes. TIene muchas integraciones con carriers; es intuitiva y fácil de usar.
Lo malo es que continuamente presenta fallos y tienes que reportarlos para que alguien los corrija. Después de tres años con ellos, solo la sigo usando porque la competencia no ha creado una app mejor.

We've been using Sendcloud for over a year now and the experience has been consistently positive. Setup was straightforward, the interface is intuitive, and day-to-day operations run smoothly without much friction.
We're now expanding with a second webshop — and Sendcloud is the obvious choice again. That probably says more than anything else.
Sendcloud integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Your orders are automatically synced with labels prepared according to your preferences. You only have to click "create label" and you're done.
Not giving 5/5 because as a starter selling physical products (low margins) I feel the lowest tier pricing is a bit steep. I would also very much like to use GLS as shipper but while it's listed as shipper it's apparently not available on my plan.
The app has definitely saved me money in the long run but, there are teething issues. I activated DHL but get 0 quotes from them. I post a lot using Royal Mail to USA but when adding my parcel size and weight is only lets me use UPS so I have to book direct through Royal Mail after spending time checking. I have queried the issue but never found out what the problem is.
Overall it works okay but I would give 5 stars if they fixed it so I get quotes from more couriers.
Sendcloud is quite easy to use and syncs seamlessly with Shopify, which is great. The only downside is that there are often glitches when creating labels, and they stopped offering DPD to the UK. The shipping rates are also not that attractive for international shipments when you compare with other apps like Easyship. But other than that, it's been great for our ad hoc EU shipments.

Works great! Syncs shopify orders to sendcloud automatically. Takes the weight and packaging specifications and automatically picks the best shipping label. Can still edit on your own before you decide to buy and print the labels. Saves us a bunch of time and hassle for every order. Also able to start without monthly subscription fees, which is fantastic for starting businesses.
Ik gebruik Sendcloud al 8jaar en ben tevreden over de service. Ik heb een kleine webshop waardoor ik geen grote contracten kan afsluiten bij de transportfirma's. De prijzen zouden iets scherper mogen, ik verwacht dat Sendcloud steeds de laagste prijs voor hun klanten onderhandelt. Buiten de prijs heb ik nooit problemen met Sendcloud gehad.
très satisfaite de l'application ! Ca a été facile à mettre en place et les tarifs d'expédition sont avantageux. Les équipes sont réactives.
Après avoir testé d'autres outils pour gérer nos commandes et expédier nos coulis, nous sommes passés sur SendCloud et on ne le regrette pas. L'interface est intuitive et très complète, on peut gérer très facilement l'impression des étiquettes. Les branchements avec les contrats transporteurs sont très faciles et vous pouvez mixer vos propres contrats et ceux de SendCloud. Et si vous avez un problème, l'équipe SAV est présente pour vous répondre et résoudre vos problèmes. Et dernière chose, on n'a jamais eu de coupure de service donc pour pour le moment, c'est un sans faute.
