Makkelijk in gebruik en op te zetten.
Standaard integratie met platform als BOL is super prettig alsmede de optie voor leveren aan pakketpunten die eenvoudig op te zetten is tussen Sendcloud en Shopify (duidelijke instructies welke stappen je moet zetten).
Bovendien zijn de goede Sendcloud tarieven erg prettig voor ons en de vele verzendopties erg prettig voor onze klanten.

We hebben ook andere opties geprobeerd, maar Sendcloud geeft simpelweg de meeste waar voor je geld.

Hi, I’m reaching out because I’m honestly quite disappointed with how this has been handled.

We’ve been using your app for several years and had a good level of trust in your company. Recently, you made an offer to users in exchange for completing a specific action. We followed all the requested steps and submitted everything as instructed, but despite several follow-ups, we still haven’t received what was promised.

The issue isn’t really the value of it, it’s the principle. If you make a promise to your customers and they fulfill all the conditions, I think it’s fair to expect you to honor it.

It’s quite disappointing to lose trust in a company over something that should have been very simple to resolve.

I have now been using Sendcloud/Shopify to print labels for the last three years, and the process is seamless!Hardly ever any issues, and I wouold highly recommend.

Sendcloud integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Your orders are automatically synced with labels prepared according to your preferences. You only have to click "create label" and you're done.

Not giving 5/5 because as a starter selling physical products (low margins) I feel the lowest tier pricing is a bit steep. I would also very much like to use GLS as shipper but while it's listed as shipper it's apparently not available on my plan.

Koppeling werkt uitstekenend, makkelijk in te stellen en veel instellingen naar wens aan te passen. Klantenservice reageert ook goed (en meestal) snel op vragen. Mogelijke verbetering zou nog zijn om de labels direct vanuit Shopify te kunnen aanmaken. Dat scheelt weer het open moeten hebben van meerdere apps.

Te ofrecen un plan muy bonito con unas letras pequeñas y aunque le preguntes por ello te dan la razon para que pagues la mensualidad. final de mes te das cuenta de que la tarifa es otra y pagas lo mismo o más que antes. Cuando te quejas te dicen que en el contrato lo ponía, pero cuando le preguntaste en su momento te decían que no era así. Una vergüenza de compañía, muy poco honestos.

La experiencia con Sendcloud ha sido muy positiva. Nos ha permitido acceder a tarifas de envío más competitivas que las tarifas estándar ofrecidas directamente por las empresas de transporte, lo que se traduce en un ahorro económico considerable. Muy recomendable para empresas que realizan envíos con frecuencia y buscan reducir costes logísticos.

Sendcloud integreert heel goed met Shopify waardoor onze orders goed door komen en makkelijk verwerkt kunnen worden. Het is heel gebruiksvriendelijk en ze kijken constant uit naar manieren om hun werking en service nóg beter te maken. Ook heel handig dat je de bezorgstatus teruggemeld ziet aan Shopify, zodat je ook bij de bestellingen in Shopify 'Bezorgd' ziet staan. Wij groeien verder met sendcloud.

The app has definitely saved me money in the long run but, there are teething issues. I activated DHL but get 0 quotes from them. I post a lot using Royal Mail to USA but when adding my parcel size and weight is only lets me use UPS so I have to book direct through Royal Mail after spending time checking. I have queried the issue but never found out what the problem is.

Overall it works okay but I would give 5 stars if they fixed it so I get quotes from more couriers.
