Sendcloud werkt heel makkelijk samen met onze shopifywebshop, de koppeling werkt goed. Af en toe iets onenigheid tussen onze labelprinter en sendcloud maar overall een fijn programma om mee te werken.
Dopo oltre 3 anni di utilizzo possiamo dire che l'integrazione di SendCloud in Shopify funziona bene e consente di velocizzare il processo per la creazione di etichette di stampa. Tutto viene gestito automaticamente alla ricezione dell'ordine su Shopify che in autonomia viene sincronizatto su SendCloud da dove semplicemente basta stampare le etichette.
Le uniche due vere pecche sono:
• L'assistenza clienti lentissima nel rispondere e fornire soluzioni reali;
• I prezzi sempre più alti al netto di un servizio che rimane sempre uguale a se stesso nei pregi e nei difetti
- Solution performante.
- Manque d'aide et de contact clients, parfois difficile pour solutionner un problème.
Sendcloud werkt perfect samen met Shopify en maakt ons verzendproces veel efficiënter. Orders uit de webshop worden automatisch ingelezen, labels zijn direct beschikbaar en klanten krijgen netjes hun track‑&‑trace. Dankzij deze koppeling besparen we tijd en fouten, en verloopt onze logistiek soepel en professioneel.
La solution sendcloud nous a permis un gain en productivité mais aussi au niveau économique grâce aux tarifs négociés. Nous apprécions également qu'il y ait un support client qui est accessible et disponible assez rapidement.
We gebruiken de koppeling met Sendcloud al jaren met succes (voorheen met Lightspeed) en nu ruim een jaar met Shopify. Data wordt snel gesynchroniseerd en super makkelijk om vervoerders te kiezen en labels te printen. Met sendcloud kan je ook de retour zendingen regelen en je zendingen volgen.
Kortom een platform die je werk uit handen neemt.
Tevreden over het platform, overzichtelijk en bij eventuele problemen kun je ze goed bereiken / support aanvragen. In een enkel geval loop ik soms te stoeien maar dat zal meer aan mijzelf liggen ;)

App veloce, chiara, intuitiva e facile da installare e ottimizzare in base alla proprie esigenze. Facile da configurare e da integrare con i vari corrieri. Consigliato!
Nach erfolgter installation bekam ich eine Email von einem Mitarbeiter, ich solle doch auf Update klicken um eine Version2 zu installieren. Gemacht getan. Button weg. Nächste Email: hat nicht funktioniert, bitte neu installieren. Gemacht. Ergebnis: nur noch Fehlermeldungen, keine Möglichkeit mehr zum Einloggen. Ok, den Chat button benutzen wollen: Eine KI "geht ran" die nur Müll ausspuckt. Ticket aufgemacht... ...naja, man kann sich ja denken wie lange das dauert.
Fazit: die haben ihre Systeme nicht im griff, nicht vertrauenswürdig.
