Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.

We’ve been using this app for several years and had built a certain level of trust in the company. Unfortunately, several recent experiences, including a promise made directly to users that was ultimately not honored despite us meeting all the requested conditions, have completely changed our opinion.

It’s not really about the value of what was promised, but about the principle. When a company makes a commitment to its customers, you simply expect them to follow through.

After several follow-ups and still no resolution, it’s difficult to maintain the same level of trust in this company and its practices.

Disappointing after several years of using the app.

soluzione definitiva per la gestione degli ordini shopify, consiglio questa azienda ed applicazione per i seguenti motivi:

1. a differenza di altre applicazioni la funzione della picking list è davvero professionale, la logistica con la quale collaboro si trova benissimo
2. supporto clienti in fase di onboarding ma soprattutto non ti abbandonano, ho a disposizione un customer success con la quale confrontarmi spesso per valutare nuovi funzionalità o semplicemente per valutare se c'è qualche difficoltà da superare
3. sincronizzazione delgi ordini quasi real-time
4. personalizzazione email di notifica
5. possibilità di configurare delle regole di spedizion, fondamentali per impostare e personalizzare alcuni aspetti: come , quali e quanto assicurare, etc..

se cerchi un tool professionale, consiglio vivamente.

Deutlich teurer als der reguläre Kauf von Labels direkt über die DHL. Versand nach NL kostet im Schnitt 14 Euro. SendCloud berechnet 25 Euro.

Eigene Labels oder Trackings können nicht hochgeladen werden. Auch nicht mit Vertrag. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und irreführend.

Pratique mais pas donné pour le service rendu. C'est intéressant pour une entreprise avec un important volume, moins pour les petites structures. J'ai eu beaucoup de réévaluations de poids Mondial Relay qui s'avéraient être faux, mais le prélèvement était déjà fait.
Quelques bugs que l'équipe n'arrive pas à régler car, selon eux, ça n'arrive pas de leur côté.

Ik maak nu 10 maanden gebruik van sendcloud en ben super tevreden, ik heb een kleine webshop en dit is ideaal. Waat ik alles hiervoor handmatig moest doen scheelt dit zoveel tijd, ik gebruik shopify en het was hier zelf makkelijk op aan te sluiten. In het begin ook goed contact gehad met iemand van sendcloud die me alles duidelijk heeft uitgelegd. top :) Enige wat nog fijn zou zijn is als de optie met afleveren bij een pick up point makkelijker in te stellen zou zijn maar dit ligt deels aan shopify.

Sendcloud is quite easy to use and syncs seamlessly with Shopify, which is great. The only downside is that there are often glitches when creating labels, and they stopped offering DPD to the UK. The shipping rates are also not that attractive for international shipments when you compare with other apps like Easyship. But other than that, it's been great for our ad hoc EU shipments.

Sehr klar strukturierte App, läuft wunderbar integriert mit Shopify. Vereinfacht den Logistikprozess stark!

Goede app, meestal enkele seconden vertraging in de koppeling tussen de Shopify en Sendcloud, dus dat is perfect.

Utilisateur heureux de Sendcloud depuis bientôt 1 an nous sommes pleinement satisfait de la solution. Zéro problème d'intégration, tout est fluide et simple d'utilisation !

Werkt goed
