Werkt goed, koppeling met Shopify werkt zoals het moet.
We have been working with SendCloud for over 5 years and were initially very satisfied. In the past, there was always a dedicated contact person, and any minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. However, things have drastically changed. Nowadays, it feels like there’s no one who truly knows your case or is available to help. The software struggles to keep up with Shopify updates, leading to recurring problems that they seem unable to fix. Support tickets are often ignored, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. For the price they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
Sendcloud es muy fácil de utilizar. Es una herramienta clave para realizar un envío ágil de tus pedidos sin tener que importar manualmente la dirección de cada uno de tus pedidos.
Además, es muy fácil realizar el seguimiento de cada envío una vez lo has efectuado.
La integración con Shopify jamás da fallos.
1 año usando la aplicación y ha mejorado mucho la interfaz y las plantillas de email.

Ich führe mein Geschäft alleine und da bleibt für den Versand oft wenig Zeit. Mit Sendcloud ist das alles viel einfacher geworden – die Abläufe sind klar, die Labels schnell erstellt und meine Kunden bekommen ihre Pakete zuverlässig.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support: Wenn ich mal eine Frage hatte, bekam ich sofort eine hilfreiche und freundliche Antwort.
Man fühlt sich wirklich ernst genommen, auch als kleines 1-Personen-Unternehmen. Genau so stelle ich mir Service vor.
Für mich ist Sendcloud daher eine echte Entlastung im Alltag.
Sendcloud nos ahorra muchísimo tiempo diario en la preparación de pedidos de la tienda online. Game changer!! Y la atención al cliente cuando tenemos algún problema es muy resolutiva. Lo recomiendo 100%
Une superbe plateforme, sans équivalence.
Nous avons testé de nombreuses solutions et nous restons chez Sendcloud depuis plus de 5 ans maintenant. Les prix pourraient etre un peu plus accessibles, néanmoins le fonctionnement et la simplicité de la plateforme sans équivalence en fait un outil indispensable, le + très facilement configurable avec Shopify
