Sendcloud is great, it made shipping for me way more manageable and easy. Integration with Shopify is great, the only thing I'm missing is a option to import an draft order. but that's also a problem on Shopify's side, because the customer can't pay with Shopify Payments (except CC) if the draft order has been converted to order.

La integració de SoundCloud amb Shopify funciona de meravella. Tot és ràpid, senzill i sense complicacions. L’atenció al client és impecable: sempre responen amb professionalitat i rapidesa. No tenim cap queixa, només bones paraules.
Imprescindible!! para Shopify simplifica todo el proceso de creacion de etiquetas y resuelve todos los problemas de las APp nativas de transportistas que solo generan dolor de cabeza. El soporte tanto tecnico como comercial siempre esta disponible
Wij zijn met onze webshop van GolfRebels overgestapt naar Sendcloud. Aangezien het technische aspect niet onze sterkste kant was zijn wij zeer goed geholpen door de collega's van Sendcloud.
Ook al bleven wij vragen stellen, alles werd goed afgehandeld. Nu werken wij dagelijks naar volle tevredenheid met het systeem.
Heel eenvoudig in gebruik. Erg overzichtelijk, makkelijk zelf ook verzendpartners wijzigen.
Een aanrader om als webshop-partner met Sendcloud te gaan werken.
We zijn over het algemeen zeer tevreden met Sendcloud. Makkelijk versturen van pakketten en mooi geïntegreerd met Shopify.
Enige minpuntje is dat Sendcloud bij een klant zelf een ophaalpunt had geselecteerd terwijl ze gewoon haar thuisadres had op gegeven en dit thuisadres ook op het verzendlabel stond. Nu moeten we steeds controleren of dit wel klopt.....

We were satisfied with the platform till we tried to activate “lettre suivie” solution. It has been 4 weeks we have been waiting and their support team is not even answering our messages anymore. Very disappointing.

Si potrebbero integrare alcune funzioni non ancora previste per renderlo completo al 100%, ma nel complesso è ben fatto.
