La plateforme est fiable, simple à utiliser et parfaitement intégrée à Shopify.
Le service client est réactif et professionnel, et les options d’expédition proposées nous font gagner beaucoup de temps au quotidien.

Nicely integrated, easy to use shipping an returns solution. We're using Sendcloud wiht both own carrier contracts as well as Sendcloud rates for specific carriers, which are also very competitive. The seamless integration with Shopify along with the automations save us a lot of time and resources. Lots of customization options as well - a really recommendable tool!

I've been using Sendcloud for 3 years now and I'm very satisfied. The platform is reliable with little to no technical issues, and whenever I have questions, the support team responds quickly and helpfully. It's very easy to ship to different countries, and I really appreciate being able to compare prices between carriers in one place. A great solution that makes shipping simple and efficient!

SendsCloud me fait vraiment gagner un temps précieux. L’intégration a été simple et rapide, avec un accompagnement au départ qui m’a bien aidée. Une fois la solution en place, tout fonctionne parfaitement. En cas de souci avec un transporteur, je reçois immédiatement des alertes, ce qui permet de réagir vite. Les rares fois où j’ai eu besoin du support, j’ai toujours eu affaire à des personnes disponibles et sympathiques. C’est un outil efficace et fiable, idéal pour automatiser au maximum la gestion des expéditions.

È un app che funziona benissimo e confermo che non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di "collegamento". La gestione delle spedizioni é facile e l'assistenza risponde velocemente (anche se a volte sono i vettori che ritardano nelle risposte). Valuto 4 stelle perché abbiamo avuto un problema legato alla fatturazione che in Sendcloud non hanno risolto. Vediamo come va ora che le fatture verranno emesse direttamente in Italia.

Nous recevons de commandes depuis eBay, Amazon, 6 marketpaces Mirakl, Cdiscount mais via plusieurs sites Shopify et Sendcloud nous permet de tout centraliser et de tout gérer au mieux, jusqu'à la personnalisation des emails de suivi pour nos client en fonction de la marque et de la boutique pour chaque commande.
Un petit miracle que l'on ne peut que recommander, surtout étant donné le qualité de leur SAV.

Wij zijn met onze webshop van GolfRebels overgestapt naar Sendcloud. Aangezien het technische aspect niet onze sterkste kant was zijn wij zeer goed geholpen door de collega's van Sendcloud.

Ook al bleven wij vragen stellen, alles werd goed afgehandeld. Nu werken wij dagelijks naar volle tevredenheid met het systeem.

Heel eenvoudig in gebruik. Erg overzichtelijk, makkelijk zelf ook verzendpartners wijzigen.
