Sendcloud | Shipping Platform

Wij maken al jaren gebruik van het Sendcloud platform voor het verzenden van onze pakketten (ook al voor wij bij Shopify terecht kwamen). Als kleine onderneming met sterk wisselende verzending van pakketten per week/maand hebben wij geen eigen contract met de diverse vervoersbedrijven maar de door Sendcloud default gehanteerde verzendtarieven zijn prima voor ons en onze klanten.
De Shopify plugin is net zo probleemloos als die van Prestashop en Woocommerce en kunnen wij alleen maar aanbevelen.
Weinig problemen ondervonden en als er al eens iets was is dat snel en adequaat opgelost door Sendcloud. Dikke duim en merci voor hun platform!!

Sendcloud a complètement simplifié ma gestion des expéditions. L’interface est claire, les étiquettes se génèrent en quelques secondes et l’intégration avec Shopify fonctionne parfaitement. Sendcloud hat unsere Versandabwicklung deutlich vereinfacht. Die Erstellung und Verwaltung der Versandlabels für die verschiedenen Versanddienstleister funktioniert absolut reibungslos. Die große Auswahl an Versanddienstleister ist ein echter Pluspunkt und gibt uns viel Flexibilität im Alltag.

Der Support ist herausragend: schnell erreichbar, kompetent und immer lösungsorientiert.

Extrêmement déçu de Sendcloud – facturations abusives et absence totale de responsabilité

Je suis professionnel et j’utilise Sendcloud pour expédier mes commandes via Shopify.
Depuis septembre 2025, j’ai subi plusieurs facturations d’étiquettes Chronopost créées automatiquement sans aucune action de ma part, parfois 6 étiquettes générées à la même minute, ce qui est évidemment impossible manuellement.

Après plusieurs signalements, Sendcloud nie toute possibilité technique de bug et refuse tout remboursement bancaire, se contentant de promettre un “avoir” jamais appliqué.
Pire : malgré les preuves et les références précises des étiquettes concernées, l’entreprise continue d’envoyer des factures et de menacer de prélèvements automatiques, alors que le compte devrait être créditeur.

Une plainte a été déposée auprès de la DGCCRF.
Je déconseille formellement ce service à tout professionnel : support lent, manque de transparence, et gestion client déplorable.
