Nach erfolgter installation bekam ich eine Email von einem Mitarbeiter, ich solle doch auf Update klicken um eine Version2 zu installieren. Gemacht getan. Button weg. Nächste Email: hat nicht funktioniert, bitte neu installieren. Gemacht. Ergebnis: nur noch Fehlermeldungen, keine Möglichkeit mehr zum Einloggen. Ok, den Chat button benutzen wollen: Eine KI "geht ran" die nur Müll ausspuckt. Ticket aufgemacht... ...naja, man kann sich ja denken wie lange das dauert.
Fazit: die haben ihre Systeme nicht im griff, nicht vertrauenswürdig.

Game changer. Enviamos a través de Correos (España) y hacer una etiqueta en la web de Correos era una tarea tediosa y entretenida, así que desde que implementamos Sendcloud la eficiencia mejoró muchísimo.
Es muy fácil de integrar y el servicio tecnico muy bueno. Merece la pena y se lo recomiendo a otros vendedores.

Platform and integration are reliable, the customer service is prompt. The colab with the insurance with Xcover is great, simple and efficient when a package goes missing. Of course the sending rates are expensive but all postage is these days!

I operate a small business with self-fulfillment and Sendcloud is a great solution for me. It was easy to connect to Shopify and set it up with all my requirements and needs. I can navigate all my orders logistic and get reliable and detail information for all my shipments. The preparation of labels and dropping off of the deliveries is very easy and works quickly. I also like the broad selection of carriers which can fit well with my clients needs

Easy connection, never experienced downtime, and good communication and follow up when their are shipping errors, I like being able to directly compare shipping prices.

Great integration with the Shopify store and great customer service. They seem to be constantly adding new features too, which, at least compared to competitors, are well-priced and much welcome.

Perfect integration with the Dutch PostNL and DPD, and the complete set of features for label arrangement and printing are essential in our business environment.
The addon never failed and is very intuitive to use, which is particularly important since many of our employees are not very comfortable with complex IT interfaces where any mistake could cost money.

This shipping and return solution is one of the best we’ve ever had. The clean and intuitive platform makes it easy to manage all integrations in one place, and you can even add your own contract. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Sendcloud est une solution vraiment pratique et efficace pour gérer mes expéditions. L’interface est simple à utiliser, les intégrations avec les boutiques en ligne sont rapides et les tarifs d’expédition sont compétitifs. Le gain de temps est énorme au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésiter !
