Sendcloud | Shipping Platform

Sendcloud est une solution vraiment pratique et efficace pour gérer mes expéditions. L’interface est simple à utiliser, les intégrations avec les boutiques en ligne sont rapides et les tarifs d’expédition sont compétitifs. Le gain de temps est énorme au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Intégration très facile et accompagnement au top pour le lancement.
Nous avons installé Mondial Relay, UPS et notre propre contrat Colissimo pour faciliter les envois vers l'UE et l'international.
Fonctionne parfaitement jusque là.

Makkelijke setup en zalig in het gebruik. Goede synchronisatie en makkelijk dat je in Shopify dashboard ook tracking info kan zien.

Klein puntje voor verbetering is de optie voor service punten, maar ligt eerder aan de checkout van Shopify dan aan Sendcloud zelf

We were satisfied with the platform till we tried to activate “lettre suivie” solution. It has been 4 weeks we have been waiting and their support team is not even answering our messages anymore. Very disappointing.

Sendcloud is great, it made shipping for me way more manageable and easy. Integration with Shopify is great, the only thing I'm missing is a option to import an draft order. but that's also a problem on Shopify's side, because the customer can't pay with Shopify Payments (except CC) if the draft order has been converted to order.

We zijn over het algemeen zeer tevreden met Sendcloud. Makkelijk versturen van pakketten en mooi geïntegreerd met Shopify.
Enige minpuntje is dat Sendcloud bij een klant zelf een ophaalpunt had geselecteerd terwijl ze gewoon haar thuisadres had op gegeven en dit thuisadres ook op het verzendlabel stond. Nu moeten we steeds controleren of dit wel klopt.....

If you try to activate your own contracts it does not work. After contacting their CS and its been more than a month that they have not solved the fact I can activate my own UPS contract, and they gently told me that its a me problem, no clear guideline of when the issue will be solved....

Customer care agent was kind, and I feel sorry that she has to deal with a product that is clearly not ready for mass adoption.

If you ship anywhere else than the European Union this products is clearly not for you...

We have been working with SendCloud for over 5 years and were initially very satisfied. In the past, there was always a dedicated contact person, and any minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. However, things have drastically changed. Nowadays, it feels like there’s no one who truly knows your case or is available to help. The software struggles to keep up with Shopify updates, leading to recurring problems that they seem unable to fix. Support tickets are often ignored, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. For the price they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Muy contenta tanto con la app como con el servicio de atención al cliente. Las 4 cosillas que han dado fallo me lo han arreglado rápidamente. Es fácil de usar y ordenado. Se integra muy bien con Shopify y facilita muchísimo lo que es la generación de etiquetas de envío. Yo trabajo con las tarifas de correos. Ahorró perfectamente 7-12 horas semanalmente con esta función.
