The app was pretty much self explanatory. I am overly satisfied with Jason’s outstanding customer service. He was very patient with me and he was very thorough in explaining everything that I asked. Jason was able to walk me through the steps to fix the issue that I was able to do myself and also offered entente help options. Even after all of the the questions I asked he was still eager and willing to help me. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Such a great experience!
