Easy to navigate interface while still having a lot of filter options. If you're a store with thousands or more daily visitors it's nice being able to see exactly what people are doing on certain pages, who have taken certain actions, etc... Great recording app, the best I've found!

I use this app to review how customers use my site to find my products. Do they use the top menu? Do more of them use a front page visual link, are they watching the product videos or just scrolling by? Does the image on the front page consistently get a click? These are the things that I'm very interested in as well as the ease of use on my site. I can't get that info without the recording and replay. The recordings are snappy, without delay, and very informative. I'm very happy with the 40k page view pricing and feel it is very fair for the service provided. Invaluable insights made my website changes a winner!

I LOVE this app! If you're wondering if you should install it, the answer is yes! This app helps me to literally see the customer journey and where we can improve our website to reduce lost sales on our site - be it page loading speeds, errors incurred, site navigation, popular and unpopular products. I wish I would've installed it sooner. Also, the customer service is top tier. They were able to assist me in my inquiry in minutes. I'm so glad to have found this app and will recommend it to others.
