We have been using ShipBob for more than 1 year now and we are absolutely happy with their services. The dashboard is easy to use, everything automated so you can do other work while they are taking care of our order's fulfillment, and moreover, their support is just amazing! They are very responsive and resolve the problems as soon as you request.
Their pricing is decent and it is so easy to use. I am not a tech person at all, and if I can use it, everyone can use it :) I highly recommend ShipBob!
ShipBob has been working great for us. Great response time if there is an issue. Our Rep (Samantha D.) gives us the best service and is always on the lookout to make sure things are running smoothly.
App is easy to use and transparent. Once we got a dedicated support at Shipbob, service questions and issues became much easier to handle and investigate.
We have been using ShipBob now for over 12 months and the most impressive thing has been how well it integrates with Shopify and Gorgias making both the processing of orders and handling of customer support inquiries and returns extremely easy saving us considerable amounts of time. Recently we also started selling on Amazon and the process of integrating with Amazon FBA and replenishment of inventory is also very simple and automated. If we ever had any questions or concerns about our implementation or process Ankit has been very efficient and responsive in helping us with any of our questions.
Shipbob integrates well with Shopify. We've had very few issues. For the small issues we have had, Shipbob's customer support team has always been responsive and helpful. With Shipbob, we've been able to provide faster shipping to our customers.

We have been using Shipbob in our US operations for over a year now and we recently made the decision to move the rest of our global fulfilment operations over to them too as we were so impressed with the service. Shipbob was very easy to install and has been a speedy and reliable way for us to process orders for our customers across the globe. The tracking and reporting on the order process gives me everything I need to check on each individual customer order and I am looking forward to making use of the custom features like processing delay and gift notes in future.
