ShipHero is a good company to work with. They have helped me cut hours out of my day by doing our fulfillment orders. We even opened an east and west coast warehouse to cut down on shipping times for customers. The customer service team (especially Carina and Mario) are like an extension of our team. They are there every day to help smooth out the wrinkles of daily fulfilment. We are very satisfied with how ShipHero has allowed us to work on our business instead of working in our business. After a year of dealing with FBA issues we decided to switch fulfillment centers and it has been awesome. They do a really good job with onboarding and making sure you are set up for success. Any issues that arise are addressed very quickly by actual people and their platform is easy to navigate.

So far so good! We sent some inventory into ShipHero to try their fulfillment service out. We had some specific requirements for packaging that had to be worked out, but once they were worked out, everything has gone smoothly.

Clara is absolutely wonderful and gets right back to you right away to resolve any issues that may come up, and Andrea was great in getting us set up initially. Of course, the basics need to be covered with any fulfillment service, but the great service has made me more confident in handing over a key part of our customer experience.

We will be sending more and more inventory to ShipHero as our business increases!

First onboarding experience with Shiphero was great thanks to Belen.
She was really friendly, patient, helpful and polite.
The first person i spoke to wasn't great cos it seemed like she was always in a rush, barely had time to talk during google meets, and couldn't explain slowly or clearly.
So I recommend Belen who is awesome. price is ok too for USA shipping. App / site is also user friendly.
