Super useful app, Siva is super helpful and saved me so many times on shipping rate issues. totally recommended!
100% recommend this app... it has fantastic functionality and can handle complicated and multiple scenarios including cart/product weight, distance, zip code, quantity etc. The team at Logbase are hugely helpful and responsive - and will jump on a zoom call to assist with set up and and queries. Excellent value for money too. This is just what I have been looking for!

Really happy with the app and the support. The app provides the flexibility we needed to offer custom rates for shipping by Postal/Zip code. We also implemented a wholesale shipping option using the app which works great. Thanks Shipeasy!

I would like to say how pleased I am with the customer support service. All I had to do is simply schedule an appointment. I picked a Zoom call. They offer more than one way to contact them for assistance which is wonderful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Siva. I explained my needs, and he was able to add the app and set it up with no problem for me. Mr. Siva is very knowledgeable, helpful, & patience. I'd have to say that my favorite thing about this app is the support. They have the best customer service and they are always ready to help and solve any problem your store might have. You can even schedule zoom meetings to go over your specific needs and get help setting up your shipping based on what you need.
